The Faculty of Science & Engineering (FSE) proudly presents the Intra University Tech Olympiad 2025, an exciting part of IIUC Tech Fest 2025, held at the IIUC Campus, Kumira.

Get ready to test your knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and IT — and compete with the brightest minds of IIUC!

• Preliminary Test: November 18, 2025 (11:00 AM – 11:40 AM)
  Venue: Respective Department (Room to be announced)
• Final Test: November 24, 2025 (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
  Male: Room 421, Computer Lab (FSE Building)
  Female: Room 206, Science Building (FAZ)
• Registration Deadline: November 15, 2025

Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be current undergraduate students of IIUC.
• Students must bring a valid university ID card to the exam.
• Participants must be well-dressed and maintain proper decorum.

2. Code of Conduct

• All participants must follow ethical and respectful behavior during the competition.
• Any form of cheating, dishonesty, or unfair activity will result in immediate disqualification.
• Participants must follow the instructions of invigilators and organizers throughout the event.

3. Disqualification

A participant may be disqualified if they:

• Fail to meet registration or exam deadlines.
• Violate any event rule or instruction.
• Engage in misconduct, cheating, or disruptive behavior during the event.

4. Event Changes

• The event organizers reserve the right to modify any rules, schedules, or exam details as required.
• Any changes will be communicated officially to all registered participants.

5. Exam Rules & Structure

Phase 1 – Preliminary Round

• 40 MCQ questions.
• Duration: 40 minutes.
• Top 15 male and 15 female participants will be selected for the final phase.

Phase 2 – Final Round

The final round will consist of 3 levels.

Level 1:

• 40 Questions | 30 Minutes
• 10 participants (male & female) will advance to Level 2.
• In case of a tie, all tied participants will be allowed to move forward.

Level 2:

• 20 Questions | 15 Minutes
• 5 participants (male & female) will advance to Level 3.
• Marks from previous levels will not be counted in this round.
• If tied, all tied participants will be allowed to move forward.

Level 3:

• 20 Questions | 15 Minutes
• Final ranking will be determined from this level.
• In case of a tie, marks from previous levels (starting from Level 2 → Level 1) will be used to break it.
• If the tie still remains, a tie-breaker question will be asked.
• If the tie persists even after that, the winner will be decided by lottery.

Important Notes

• Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the exam starts.
• No mobile phones or smart devices are allowed during the exam.
• Follow all instructions given by the invigilator or event coordinators.
• Organizers' decisions will be final and binding in all cases.
